Yes! Our premium 100% blackout fabric provides 100% light block if correctly installed.
What size are the Bilby Blackout Blinds?
The Bilby Blackout Blind measures 200cm x 140cm. However we know that not all windows are the same size so they have been designed to be able to be cut to size to fit any window smaller than this.
For windows larger than this, more than one blind can be used.
Please ensure to measure your window and check that it's suitable before you purchase a blackout blind. We will not provide refunds if you have changed your mind after opening the product's packaging.
What colour are the Bilby Blackout Blinds?
The Bilby Blackout Blind is a beautiful cream colour, perfect for matching your walls. Our white, non-reflective backing is suitable for strata buildings (where reflective backing is often banned)
Will they work with my existing blinds/ shutters / curtains
Yes! Most homes will already have some kind of window cover, just not one that fully blocks out light. The Bilby Blinds were designed for this - simply install between the glass of your window and your existing blinds/shutters/curtains to block out any unwanted light.
Can I travel with the Bilby Blackout Blinds?

Installation
How do they attach to the window?
Suction Cups: Each blind come with 10 suction cups that attach the blind directly to the window glass. The suction cups create a strong hold that keeps the blind in place, while also being easy to remove without leaving any residue.
Wall Fasteners: Each blind also comes with a set of wall fasteners that can be used in conjuction with the Suction Cups to block light bleeds and affix the blind to the windowframe or wall if preferred to the glass
Can I install them horizontally and vertically?
Yes, your Bilby Blackout Blinds can be installed on any window smaller than 200cm X 140cm in either direction. The velcro fastener strips and suction cups can be applied to any part of the backing of the blind so you can install your Bilby Blackout Blind both ways.
Can they be cut to size?
We know that no two windows are the same so ensuring that your Bilby Blackout Blinds could be cut to size with our special non-fray material was a critical design criteria. Your blinds can be cut to size to any window smaller than 200cm X 140cm.
